What does it mean to have balance in your life? Is it about work? Is it about family? Is it about having fun? Is it about having it all? Carol Mastroianni will introduce a way to rethink balance in your life by sharing some tips, techniques and realistic approaches that you can start using, right now, to positively impact all aspects of your life.

Carol Mastroianni knows what it takes, firsthand, to empower herself each and every day and is excited about sharing some realistic approaches for you to use. Carol has experienced many ups and downs during her life's journey including the death of both her parents followed by her choice, at 19 years of age, to raise her younger sister. By Carol's mid-20's, her motto became "Give up for the moment but never forever!" Carol received both her M.B.A. and B.S. in Business Administration from Wayne State University where she also became an adjunct instructor in the Marketing Department. Carol has served in leadership positions with a number of area nonprofits, such as Stagecrafters and the Detroit Regional Chamber. Carol is also a graduate of Leadership Oakland, Leadership Detroit, and the Community Arts Leadership Academy. 

Carol has recently embarked on an entrepreneurial venture with the launch of Carol M. Great Days Are An Inside Job! One of her clients is CARE's WorkLife Solutions where she provides onsite personal development and wellness workshops for employees and managers of CARE's client companies. Carol also serves as Executive Director at the Birmingham Bloomfield Community Coalition, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to raise awareness and mobilize the entire community to prevent the abuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, with a primary focus on our youth. Carol resides in the Metro-Detroit area with her husband, 12 year old twins, two dogs, a cat, and a great sense of humor.
